Happy Birthday Lisa!!!! My OLDest sister is celebrating her birthday today. What a wonderful OLDer sister she is. I am thankful for her :) Since they still call me the "baby" sister I must play up the OLDer sister status she (and Ashley) will always hold :) I hope you have a wonderful day!!!!
This beautiful Monday morning I had my best Mom moment by far. I am eating dairy-free these days (more on that later) and have been trying to make my own muffins and quick breads so I have something quick to eat! I loathe almond/soy/hemp milk and never really enjoyed cereal so for breakfast my choices are eggs/bread/muffin/lunch!
This morning I was starving so I decided to throw together some blueberry bread and pop it in the oven while my sweet babe is taking her first nap of the day, at 8 am. As I sat down awaiting the bubbly goodness, I realize I have made a small mistake. My bread is baking perfectly in the oven, however there are no blueberries in it. UGH! Oh well, maybe plain bread will be good too. I can't wait for D to come home and see if he notices.
