This week Dylan and I are celebrating our Third Anniversary. That's right we are officially no longer newlyweds by any stretch of the imagination.
Is it wrong that I kind of miss the title? I think a secret to having a successful marriage is to always pretend you are newlyweds. Whenever one of my best friends gets married it reminds me of this. It is the subtle things like, the smile across the room, whispering while in a group of friends, constantly touching, never wanting to leave each others side (who am I kidding --I have ALWAYS been that way)!
At any rate, I am thankful for my friends who get married and remind me how to be a newlywed again! Thank you Connie and Blake!
So today as we are no longer newlyweds and are acting more and more like grown-ups, I think its time to chronicle our life and the fun adventure we are on!
